Within an AVYDRA institutional deployment:

• Student records as uploaded or entered by the institution (academic, attendance, behavioral, physical, counseling)
• Staff usage data: login activity, queries made, reports generated — for audit and access control purposes
• All data within a deployment is specific to that institution and isolated from all other deployments

4. How We Use Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes only:

• Responding to school enquiries and conducting demonstrations
• Deploying and maintaining AVYDRA for contracted institutions
• Providing role-based access and audit logging within institutional deployments
• Improving the AVYDRA platform (based on aggregate, anonymised operational data — never individual student data)
• Complying with legal obligations where required

5. Data We Do Not Collect or Use

Damerax Cloud Solutions explicitly does not:

• Sell, trade, or rent institutional or student data to any third party
• Use student data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes
• Train AI models on institutional student data without explicit written consent
• Retain institutional data after termination of a Deployment Agreement beyond the agreed transition period
• Mix data across client deployments — each installation is fully isolated

6. AI Processing & External Providers

AVYDRA uses AI inference to process natural language queries. This may involve external AI API providers (such as large language model services). The following applies:

• Institutions are informed of any external AI providers used in their deployment
• Query data sent to external AI providers is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored by those providers under standard API usage agreements
• Damerax Cloud Solutions selects AI providers that meet acceptable data processing standards
• Institutions may request a private/local AI deployment option as it becomes available on the product roadmap

7. Data Storage & Security

AVYDRA deployments are hosted on dedicated server infrastructure. Each institution's data is stored in an isolated environment. Security measures include:

• Secure authentication for all user roles
• Role-based access control preventing cross-role data exposure
• Audit logging of significant data access events
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) across all interfaces
• Regular backups with recovery capability

8. Children's Data

AVYDRA is built specifically to handle records pertaining to minors within an educational context. This data is treated with the highest protection standards. Schools, as data fiduciaries, are responsible for ensuring that their use of AVYDRA complies with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), with respect to data of children.

Damerax Cloud Solutions will not independently process, analyse, or share children's data for any purpose outside the contracted institutional service.

9. Data Retention

Institutional data is retained for the duration of the Deployment Agreement. Upon termination:

• The institution may request a full data export prior to termination
• Data is deleted from our systems within the period agreed in the Deployment Agreement
• Server logs and audit trails may be retained for up to 12 months for security purposes

10. Website Cookies & Tracking

This website (ai.damerax.com) does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Standard server logs may be maintained for security purposes. No personal data collected on this website is shared with advertising networks.

11. Your Rights

Individuals whose data is managed within an AVYDRA deployment may exercise data rights (access, correction, deletion) through their institution. Institutions act as the data fiduciary for their deployment and should direct individual requests accordingly.
